This idiom seems to fit. Caroline loves playing with Lucy and luckily, Lucy tolerates it. Matthew always says that Lucy is "taking one for the team" with Caroline.
Anna Jane said,"Mommy, who is that?" I answered, "That's my friend Kristen's little girl,Caroline." She said, "No, Mommy. That cool doggie, what's her name?" I scrolled down and then answered, "Well, it says that her name is Lucy." Anna Jane replied, "Well, that is just a perfect name for that cool doggie. Let's tell them that." So, we did.
